As a User you agree not to upload material that violates another party’s copyright, contains nudity or sexually offensive content that encourages criminal activity such as agitation against an ethnic group or can raise public offence in other aspects.
All Users guarantee that all material that you upload on You2Book from your user account is your own, and is not protected by copyright law and that you own the right to upload the material on You2Book and make it available for other visitors or users.
You2Book is not obliged to compensate for any form of damage or loss that may be caused from uploaded or downloaded book chapters or from unauthorized use of You2Book.
You2Book commit themselves to, as long as the material is available on You2Book, supply information about the originator etc that the User has given when uploading material, according to copyright law.
You2Book can according to the law (1998:112) of electronic notice boards be obliged to remove material that is in conflict with paragraph 5 in this law. You2Book claim the right to, at any given time, make decisions about whether material should be allowed to be published on the website or not. You2Book also owns the right to stop ongoing uploading of material.
You2Book has the right to immediately and without notice close your account if you:
- make downloaded contents fully or partially available for another person or if you make illegal copies of such content.
- promote, allow, simplify or take part in any form of illegal spreading or copying of downloaded content.
- in any other way severely neglect the contents of these use of terms.
- make advertisements on this website for products of third party or in any other way use U2B for commercial purposes.
All Users are responsible for the damage that they may have caused You2Book by violating these terms of use, or if You2Book are being held responsible from a third party, due to the User’s utilization of You2Book and its contents. All Users agree not to harm You2Book by making demands against You2Book because of the User’s breach of this agreement.
